Sketchographs

When I started learning about photography in the late 90's, it was on a Pentax 35mm film camera. Countless hours in the dark room, addicted to the magical moment when the image emerges. Influenced by the likes of Robert Frank and the beauty of a well loved sketchbook, I began experimenting with printing multiple images on one sheet, including the rebate, layering with dirt and text and scratches, playing with light. This project harks back to that time, the very root of my photographic journey.
